AN ACT CONCERNING SMALL-BATCH DISTILLED SPIRITS MANUFACTURERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to allow small-batch distilled spirits manufacturers to operate in a manner similar to farm winery manufacturer permittees.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow small-batch distilled spirits manufacturers to operate in a manner similar to farm winery manufacturer permittees.
