AN ACT CONCERNING THE SAFETY, LICENSING, INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2010) The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall review safety, licensing, inspection and enforcement responsibilities of the Department of Motor Vehicles and shall, from time to time, recommend additions or modifications to such responsibilities to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to the department.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
