AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF STATE AND FEDERAL EDUCATION MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Education conduct a study to determine if certain state and federal education mandates are in conflict.
Statement of Purpose:
To study whether state and federal education mandates are in conflict.
