AN ACT EXEMPTING NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND MUNICIPALITIES THAT CONTROL DAMS FROM COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSPECTION OF SUCH DAMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to exempt nonprofit organizations and municipalities that control dams from the costs associated with the inspection of such dams.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt nonprofit organizations and municipalities that control dams from the costs associated with the inspection of such dams.
