AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT OF CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION RESTRICTIONS HELD BY A GOVERNMENT BODY OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 47-42c of the general statutes be amended to provide private individuals with standing to bring an action in the Superior Court to enforce conservation and preservation restrictions.
