AN ACT RESTORING MONEYS TO THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of one hundred million dollars be transferred from the General Fund to the Special Transportation Fund to replace moneys previously transferred from the Special Transportation Fund to the General Fund.

Statement of Purpose:

To restore one hundred million dollars to the Special Transportation Fund.
