AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING IN PRIVATE CLUBS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 19a-342 of the general statutes be amended to extend the prohibition on smoking to private clubs.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect public health by extending the smoking ban to include private clubs.
