AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENTS ORDERED BY A COURT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended or continued in this state to provide coverage for mental health treatments ordered by a court for an insured.
