AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSURE RENEWAL FEES FOR INACTIVE PHYSICIANS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to allow physicians who are not engaged in active professional practice to pay a reduced fee for license renewal.

Statement of Purpose:

To create a reduced-fee licensure category for non-practicing physicians.
