AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF CONNECTICUT'S WATER, AIR AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to increase state established fines on polluters and persons who litter.

Statement of Purpose:

To preserve and protect the state's natural resources.
