AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR OPIOID ADDICTION TREATMENT FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose a surcharge on all pharmaceutical companies that sell products in the state to increase funding for opioid addiction treatment facilities.
