AN ACT CONCERNING THE COST OF DAM INSPECTIONS FOR NONPROFIT ENTITIES THAT CONTROL DAMS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to exempt nonprofit entities that control dams from the costs associated with inspection of such dams.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt nonprofit entities from the costs associated with dam inspections.
