AN ACT REPEALING THE HOSPITAL TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 211a of the general statutes be amended to repeal the hospital tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the cost of health care in Connecticut, improve access to services and retain jobs by repealing the hospital tax.
