AN ACT CONCERNING IMPROPERLY RECORDED LIENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize town clerks to erase from the land records liens recorded in error.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow individuals to correct land records and repair their personal credit histories when liens are improperly recorded.
