AN ACT CONCERNING THE OPEN BURNING OF BRUSH IN DENSELY DEVELOPED RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-174 of the general statutes be amended to limit the right to conduct the open burning of brush in densely developed residential neighborhoods.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect homeowners from excessive smoke derived from the open burning of brush in densely populated residential neighborhoods.
