RESOLUTION GRANTING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO DISPOSE OF THE CLAIMS OF BEVERLY K. MATAKAETIS.

Resolved by this Assembly:

That the Claims Commissioner be granted an extension for a period of one year from the date of the final adoption of this resolution by this Assembly to dispose of the claim against the state of Beverly K. Matakaetis, Administratrix of the Estate of John J. Kiley Jr., file numbers 23839 and 23940 of said commissioner.
