AN ACT CONCERNING STATE PALLIATIVE MARIJUANA PROGRAM RECIPROCITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Consumer Protection to establish a program allowing tourists with out-of-state prescriptions for the palliative use of marijuana to purchase marijuana from state dispensaries of palliative marijuana.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit tourists with out-of-state prescriptions for the palliative use of marijuana to purchase marijuana from state dispensaries.
