AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPALITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to allow legislative bodies of municipalities to override organized labor objections to voluntary regional consolidation efforts.

Statement of Purpose:

To allow municipalities to override organized labor objections to voluntary regional consolidation efforts.
