AN ACT INCREASING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD FOR VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT REMODELING PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (h) of section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the public works project prevailing wage threshold for volunteer fire department remodeling projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit volunteer fire departments to complete remodeling projects within budgetary constraints.
