AN ACT CONCERNING A GRANT PROGRAM TO ENCOURAGE THE REDEVELOPMENT OF UNUSED PROPERTIES IN URBAN AREAS AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 32 of the general statutes to establish a grant program encouraging the redevelopment of unused properties located in urban areas as affordable housing.

Statement of Purpose:

To create a grant program to encourage the development of unused properties in urban areas as affordable housing.
