AN ACT ENCOURAGING THE USE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN THE STATE AS A MEANS OF ADDRESSING CARBON-RELATED POLLUTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to encourage the use of electronic vehicles in the state as a means of addressing carbon-related pollution.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage electric vehicle usage to reduce carbon density and improve the state's air quality.
