AN ACT LIMITING THE DURATION OF STATE EMPLOYEE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the duration of state employee collective bargaining agreements negotiated and approved after the effective date of this act from extending beyond the term of the Governor responsible for negotiating such agreement.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the duration of state employee collective bargaining agreements.
