AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FINANCING PROGRAM FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to establish a financing program to assist homeowners and businesses making energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements.

Statement of Purpose:

To help homeowners and businesses finance energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements.
