AN ACT CONCERNING TAX EXPENDITURES FOR CORPORATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to reduce spending on corporate tax credits and exemptions, establish annual caps on business tax credits and create a statutory mechanism to have results-based analysis of the tax treatment of corporations.

Statement of Purpose:
