AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGIONALIZATION OF LICENSING FOR FARMERS' MARKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require farmers' market licensing to provide for regional borders that coincide with congressional district borders.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide larger geographic areas for those who are licensed to hold and participate in farmers' markets.
