AN ACT EXCLUDING RETIREMENT AND HEALTH CARE BENEFITS FROM COLLECTIVE BARGAINING BY STATE EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exclude, on and after July 1, 2022, retirement and health care benefits for state employees and retirees from collective bargaining so that such benefits may be determined by the General Assembly.
Statement of Purpose:
To require that future state employee retirement and health care benefits be determined by the legislature.
