AN ACT EXEMPTING SENIORS' SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS FROM THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to exempt fully from the personal income tax Social Security benefits received by seniors.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt fully from the personal income tax Social Security benefits received by seniors.
