AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE CONCERNING SCOPE OF PRACTICE REVIEW FOR HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to implement the 2010 recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning scope of practice review for health care practitioners.

Statement of Purpose:

To require the Department of Public Health to implement the 2010 recommendations of the Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee concerning scope of practice review for health care practitioners.
