AN ACT CONCERNING CONTRACT COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES FOR QUASI AGENCIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require quasi agencies to comply with the state's contract compliance statutes and regulations, and affirmative action statutes and regulations.

Statement of Purpose:

To require quasi agencies to comply with state contract compliance and affirmative action laws.
