AN ACT CONCERNING SCIENCE EDUCATION CENTERS AND MAGNET SCHOOL FUNDING.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Education to establish eligibility standards for interdistrict magnet school funding, pursuant to section 10-264l of the general statutes, for informal science education centers in the state.

Statement of Purpose:

To include informal science education centers among the various educational opportunities for students in the state.
