AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL SYSTEM AS AN INDEPENDENT AGENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the technical high school system from the Department of Education and to make said system an independent agency for administrative and budgetary purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the administration and operation of the technical high school system.
