AN ACT CONCERNING VACCINATIONS DURING PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-131f of the general statutes be amended to include doctor office assistants as qualified persons that the Commissioner of Public Health may authorize to administer vaccinations during a public health emergency.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the number of qualified persons authorized to administer vaccinations during a public health emergency.
