AN ACT CONCERNING THE SIZE OF BATTERY CAGES FOR EGG-LAYING HENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that battery cages in which egg-laying hens are confined be of a size that enables such hens to have adequate room to spread their wings.
