AN ACT LIMITING THE DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION OF MARINE AND LAKE PATROL OFFICERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to limit the personal information contained in the Department of Motor Vehicle's database for marine and lake patrol officers.

Statement of Purpose:

To protect the personal information of marine and lake patrol officers.
