AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING OF THE STATE EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2018) For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, and each fiscal year thereafter, the budget for the State Education Resource Center, established pursuant to section 10-357a of the general statutes, shall be a separate budgeted agency from the Department of Education.
