AN ACT CONCERNING PROFESSIONAL LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective January 1, 2013) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection shall adopt regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes, to shorten the amount of time in which professional and occupational license applications are processed by the Department of Consumer Protection.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
