AN ACT CONCERNING THE RESIDENT STATE POLICEMEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 29-5 of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be amended to reduce the amount that municipalities pay for resident state policemen overtime and fringe benefits from one hundred per cent to seventy per cent.

Statement of Purpose:

To reduce the amount of money that towns must pay resident state policemen for overtime and fringe benefits.
