AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES THAT MATCH PAYMENTS FOR EMPLOYEES' STUDENT LOAN PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit, capped at a fixed amount, for businesses that match payments made by employees toward their student loans.
