AN ACT PROHIBITING PHARMACISTS FROM MAKING CHANGES TO PRESCRIPTIONS WITHOUT PRESCRIBER CONSENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require prescriber consent prior to a pharmacist making any changes to a drug prescription.
