AN ACT CONCERNING MEANS OF PAYMENT FOR UTILIZATION OF CERTAIN COMMUTER PARKING FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 13b-29 of the general statutes be amended to require the operator of any commuter parking facility charging individuals for parking to allow such individuals to pay for a vehicle parking pass by means other than personal check.

Statement of Purpose:

To improve efficiency in certain commuter parking facilities by allowing various payment methods.
