AN ACT AUTHORIZING HISTORIC PROPERTIES COMMISSIONS TO CHARGE REASONABLE FEES FOR THE PROCESSING OF CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS APPLICATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2016) Any municipality may, by ordinance, establish a schedule of reasonable fees for the processing of certificate of appropriateness applications by a historic properties commission established pursuant to chapter 97a of the general statutes.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections: | ||
