AN ACT PROHIBITING ASSET LIMITS FOR THE MEDICARE SAVINGS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17b-256f of the general statutes be amended to prohibit asset limits for the Medicare Savings Program.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit asset limits for participants of the Medicare Savings Program.
