AN ACT AUTHORIZING ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICERS TO UTILIZE EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND SIRENS ON THEIR VEHICLES WHEN TRANSPORTING INJURED ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize animal control officers to utilize emergency lights and sirens when transporting injured animals in their vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To facilitate the expeditious medical treatment of injured animals.
