AN ACT EXEMPTING A PERSON WHO IS SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OR OLDER FROM THE "PASSPORT TO THE PARKS FEE" WHEN REGISTERING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 14-49b of the general statutes be amended to exempt a person who is sixty-five years or older from the "Passport to the Parks Fee" when registering a motor vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt a person who is sixty-five years or older from the "Passport to the Parks Fee" when registering a motor vehicle.
