AN ACT CONCERNING THE REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCE TAX AND THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to eliminate (1) the state portion of the real estate conveyance tax, and (2) the Citizens' Election Program and the public financing of election campaigns.

Statement of Purpose:

To eliminate (1) the state portion of the real estate conveyance tax, and (2) the Citizens' Election Program and the public financing of election campaigns.
