AN ACT RESTORING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CLEAN ENERGY FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to repeal diversions in the current state budget of ratepayer energy efficiency and clean energy program funds.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore moneys in the state budget of cost-effective energy efficiency and clean energy program funds.
