AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDING FOR THE FIREFIGHTER'S CANCER RELIEF FUND.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of four hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the State Treasurer, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to provide funding for the firefighter's cancer relief account.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide full funding for the firefighter's cancer relief account.
