AN ACT CONCERNING THE RENTAL REBATE PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-170d of the 2014 supplement to the general statutes be amended to allow qualified elderly and disabled individuals who applied between April 1, 2013, and July 1, 2013, to be eligible for their property tax relief benefits.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect qualified elderly and disabled individuals who applied for benefits between April 1, 2013, and July 1, 2013, who were later deemed ineligible for benefits due to the passage of legislation.
