AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF HVAC SYSTEMS IN SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 10-283 of the general statutes be amended to make the cost of replacing or repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems in schools eligible for purposes of calculating eligible costs for school building project grants.

Statement of Purpose:

To make the cost of repairing or replacing HVAC systems in schools eligible for reimbursement from school construction grants.
