AN ACT REPEALING THE HIGHER SALES AND USE TAX RATE LEVIED UPON CERTAIN LUXURY ITEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-408 and 12-411 of the general statutes be amended to repeal the higher rate of sales and use taxes levied upon certain purchases with high sales prices.
